they are great accountants. they are always fast and accurate. sadly they set forth a new rule this year that upset me as a customer. Last year a "friend" convinced me to do Turbo Tax and I didn't feel comfortable doing it. so this year i went back to work with the Cobles and they refused me service becasue i didn't use their service last year. i explained to the receptionist that this would be my 10th year out of 11 and she still turned me away. very poor service this year. very sad becasue i trusted their work.
